Sunil is one of those rare tradespeople who turns up on time, does what he says he's going to do, and keeps you informed with great communication. And he does a fantastic job!

We hired him to help prepare our home for sale. He cleaned the gutters, pressure cleaned the weatherboards, window frames, eaves, gutters, veranda and carport, and cleaned the windows. Our house is very high on one side and was filthy as we live on a dirt road and it had not been cleaned for years. Now the whole house sparkles, he did a brilliant job!

He knows what he is doing, has the right equipment, is price competitive, works hard and is a really nice guy. Frankly, he is probably the best trades-person I have ever used and I recommend him without hesitation.

Sunil is an amazing person. Caring, polite, hard working, punctual and friendly are some of the words that come to mind when I think of him. He spent an hour with me initially discussing the work required before providing me with a quote. He did a lot of work at my house ie gutters, downpipes, pergola blinds & floor, windows, paving, patio floor and I am very happy with what he did. He made my house look like new. He was very efficient and cost effective. His ability to perform many tasks in one day was incredible, he just kept going all day. His communication skills were exceptional keeping me up to date with times for his arrival etc. I have already recommended Sunil to my neighbours and will also be recommending him to people I speak to who may need cleaning done at their property. I will definately be getting him back.

Tip for those who get Sunil to do work for them...he likes black coffee with no sugar and a couple of biscuits.

Sunil was very prompt and knew his stuff. He did a great job on my roof with the very difficult task of removing the old gutter guard and cleaning out the years of debris. He also provided replacement gutter brushes for the drain pipes. He was extremely professional and organised, and friendly. Yep...really good..

Sunil did a wonderful job transforming our outdoor pavers from old and dirty to looking brand new. He also did a great job with our windows inside and out along with our rendered retaining wall which looks new again. I would highly recommend Sunil and we will certainly be using his services in the future.
