He has an excellent customer service manner, is friendly and accommodating, communicated about when he would visit, and was thorough and had a good attention to detail. The quote he gave was reasonable and he did a great job cleaning out our gutters of a lot of built-up leaf litter and silt. He even did more than he charged us for, due to an issue that he spotted with a downpipe, and so ended up flushing out all our downpipes.
