Eyecare Plus Ashgrove also has a wonderful range of frames for all ages, including children, and utilises quality lenses manufactured by one of the top worldwide suppliers for dynamic clarity and greater comfort.
Eyecare Plus Ashgrove are passionate about our customers' eyes which is why we work hard to maximise your vision’s potential, wholistically testing for more than the bottom line on the chart. Our key interests are in behavioural optometry, dry eye dysfunction, contact lenses and eye disease diagnosis.
We use quality, Australian-made lenses. In fact, Eyecare Plus Ashgrove is so well-regarded for our eye care services that we regularly have clients come to us from all corners of Brisbane including North Lakes, West End, East Brisbane and South Brisbane. I had bought a pair of Zeal sunglasses that had a script. A good 6-8months later after collecting a few scratches right in the centre of the lenses, the glasses were replaced with new under warranty. All smiles and ‘can do’ attitude from staff and the script is still spot on!

Sally is much more knowledgeable than your average optometrist, providing me with general optomery and behavioural optometry for many years now. She takes the time to get to know you as a person, not only to give you the best service and outcomes, but because she genuinely cares. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

I compete in clay target shooting, and had been to different sports optometrist, which resulted in contacts and glasses which just didnt work for me. When we went to Aphrodites, her testing was incredibly thorough - a couple of hours, but so very well worth while. The glasses from her are really clear, I dont get headaches from the reading glasses either, and wish I had found her years ago. This is a really exceptional business and team. Look no further.

Having been to many optometrists over the years EyeCare Plus Ashgrove is the best. Fantastic service, comprehensive eye check with cutting edge technology and advice. I struggle to choose frames that suit my face and I really appreciated the time and thoughtfulness they put into helping me get an up to date and fabulous look. I have also brought my husband and children to EyeCare and the service and care is always consistent. Would recommend!

What a wonderful and thorough experience. Seeing a behavioural optometrist was a recommendation from my child’s OT, and the assessments and detail beyond 20/20 vision was simply amazing. Thank you for assisting us in our investigation and the outcome has been nothing but positive with our boys new glasses.

Had eyesight issues that were not properly diagnosed in other places. Eyecare plus Ashgrove did thorough eye checks and was able to prescribe appropriate lenses and glasses. Highly recommend.
