I cannot fault the service here. The optomistrist skills and manner are excelent. I am a bit put off by the way they go directly into sales mode after and whilst the glasses are a reasonable price (spec savers are better) the quality is not there. The lenses are fine but the frames don't last. I am lucky if the nose pieces last a year and the glasses are always too loose on my head.

I would not have known this until I left the area so if you are happy with him from a medical point (and I cannot but help to think you would be) then get your eyes checked there but buy the glasses somewhere else.

Highly recommended! Gerald is great at his job & very helpful. Excellent service, they send me a reminder letter so I remember to claim my free pair of specs on my health fund every year. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Went in the other day and had a great experience, greeted as I came in, the optometrist was friendly and helpful. Gerald then helped me find a pair of glasses that fit my enormous head and was covered by my insurance. Highly recommend

Great optometrist for those who dont want to pay the premiums of high-street optometrists. Gerald in the shop is extremely helpful & their prices & range are great. If you find something at another shop - they can order it in also at great prices.
