Sadly we cannot recommend, went there after reading these reviews, for us to get spectacles under the qld gov scheme, were given a load of misinforation, also a script was given with R & L switched by mistake, refused to verify. When we pointed out what was the right infor was for the scheme, got very rudely fobbed off like we were imbicles. Also told the scheme had changed from 2 to 3 year wait, not true. None of our concerns were responded to in a professional manner, no we can't recommend nor would we ever use again.

Eyes Fantastic are amazing! Peter is thorough in his eye testing and has all the latest medical technology and know how. Their frames range is fabulous and they stock unique and interesting frames that you don't see in other optometry stores. They are great at helping choose which frame is best for your face and skin colour so that glasses can become a fashion accessory as well. I have been reluctant to use bifocals as last time I got them in my glasses from another provider I got 'motion sick' but Eyes Fantastic have a process they use which uses ground breaking German Engineering technology, and from the moment I put my glasses on when they were fitted I have had not one bit of trouble. I was really amazed. Eyes Fantastic also standby their bifocal system and so if you have any trouble adjusting to them they will replace the lens with single vision glass at no charge. I will not go anywhere else to get my eyes tested or glasses fitted than here now.... and I keep telling everyone who has bifocal trouble to "go to Eyes Fantastic".

I've been a client for well over 10 years and have "difficult" eyes and therefore it takes much patience to get things right but always 100% at the end. The range of eyewear is certainly "fantastic". A great business to have on my doorstep.

I have been a customer of Eyes fantastic several times and on each occasion I have received outstanding service. Back up service is superb and timely. This family run business has my repeat business due to the variety of frames and a willingness to satisfy the customer.

the service wen we got it was alright but we had to wait ages..... before we got served as for the selection it was very gd and had a wide range!!! i would use them again.....

The service was great and the selection of frames are fantastic. They have frames that are different to every where else. They go the extra mile to make you happy and they fix your frames if they break and will send them back to the supplier if they break.

I have being seeing Peter Woolfe at Eyes Fantisic at the CCC Shopping Centre for years. He is dedicated to his patients and will go that extra miles to insure you have the right perscription and are happy with the glasses needed,
