I get a letter from these guys every year reminding me to come and get the Health fund freebies before the expiry date. When I get there they treat you like dirt when they can't sell you hundreds of dollars in extra frames and lens treatments. The lady optometrist is the rudest professional I have ever met. They are supposed to be good kids optometrists but I wouldn't take my kids there on a dare.

Went here for years as it was conveniently located. Always quick and on time, very thorough. Only gripe is when you get the head optometrist he makes you feel like a child by lecturing you (ie if you left your contact lenses in for 2 1/2 weeks instead of two!!)

They are always on time. Very friendly staff. I found they are very thorough. When my daughter needed glasses the choices were well explained, lots of trying on.
