Happy to make something a little different if given a couple of days notice or put aside a big order of rolls for the footy club bbq etc. The fresh stuff is really tasty but not good for my waistline...

Average food, average portions, average taste, average service, setting, average price, lunchtime specials are about right there's nothing extra to make them stand out, nothing to stop me getting lunch there tomorrow or next week. Just straight down the line Chinese take away...

Maybe it was just because I was there at opening time but there were no staff to be found and I needed help to find what I wanted. The place looks awesome and the variety great, the plants healthy etc just couldn't find what I was looking for and couldn't find anyone to ask - may as well have been at Bunnings...

I have got to say at the outset that going into this shop is likely to put you behind schedule, they have got so much STUFF everywhere and anywhere and it's all so fascinating. The staff are engaging and enthusiastic. on a warm market day afternoon this place gets cram packed so choose your time carefully!

Expensive, small portions, greasy and tasteless. no where near as good as the shop over the road in the bigger shopping centre. pity, this shop is much closer to home but just not clean or inviting

This review is for Bridal Obsessions, Nollamara WA

verified email - 20 Jun 2013

This is a bit unusual but I'm going to share it anyway. I was driving past Bridal Obsession and they had a rack of dresses outside on special... little dresses, for little girls. I bought one on lay-by with a payment plan as these have got to be the most awesome party dresses ever!!! it was a bit big for my then 4 year old and being strapless it would not stay up no matter how tightly laced at the back - so Bridal obsessions put some straps on it for us. This dress was worn to weddings, christenings, birthday parties, new years eve, just for play and plenty of other times as well. The one I recall best was the Christina Aguilera concert a couple (few???) years ago where this blue lace dress with it's pearl adorned silk top accompanied by a shin length white 'fur' coat and accessorised with new white 'high' (about 2") heel shoes, brand new diamond (real) earrings and a white clutch purse where my daughter, with her hair done into long plaits by a friend, was regaled by total strangers about how absolutely gorgeous she looked. To a particular young brunette in a very nice little black number who walked halfway across the Burswood Arena concourse just to say how special my baby girl looked, I have to say; you weren't all that bad looking yourself sweetheart... Whilst this dress was a big expense for my very tight budget, it more than paid for itself in great memories and when it was retired it was from wear not like most of my kids clothes which they outgrow. I don't even need to look at the photo's to remember the many times that dress made good time into great times for daddy's special princess.

This review is for St Stephens School, Carramar WA

verified email - 20 Jun 2013

If these guys were HALF as good as they claim they are, they would be TWICE as good as they REALLY are.

The Carramar campus is the poor second cousin of the Duncraig head office. It is neglected and run down and only marginally better than public schools in the area. the school does poorly in the national testing standards and spends more time boasting than actually improving. The fees have more than doubled in the last 6 years. The administration says its only between 4 to 8 percent per year but when that's every year, and on top of the previous increases it's well over $5,000.00 per child per year. PLUS the never ending requests for excursions, camps, building fund??? uniforms, computers, books... you get the idea? multiply that by 12 years of school and you will fork out over 100K per child for a school that does not even meet education department minimum standards.

This review is for Dura-Fenz, Midland WA

verified email - 29 Jan 2011

Dura-Fenz are a joke only there's nothing to laugh about.

Poor Quality product installed months late after dozens of lies and excuses from the management, is the Standard Operating Practice for Dura-Fenz

Poorly installed job then after weeks of complaints an unacceptably low standard 'bodgey' patch-up job, Dura-Fenz then gave the run-around hoping I would eventually give up.

They demand a 50% deposit up front at the time the contract is signed contrary to Western Australian contract law and the fine print on the contract says all promised installation dates are "estimates".

Dura-Fenz then demands full payment before supplying the components and a sub contractor that may or may not eventually arrive.

Poor after sales service once the deposit is made deteriorates to non-existent after the full payment.

Only choose Dura-Fenz if you enjoy being ripped off and screwed over.

For a WA family owned business, they are inexplicably useless and deceptive.

Fantastic service provided by professional and friendly young lady. Our long hair German Shepard was malting enormous amounts of fur that was driving me crazy. Bianca came and washed both our large dogs and then spent the best part of an hour brushing all the loose hair from the Shepard. This made an amazing difference to the amount of hair around the house and yard. The dogs coats have never been softer or silkier. the amount of fur Bianca got from our Shepard was incredible - there was bales of it! After this it turned out that clipping was not actually necessary, saving us money!! Highly recommended. I have had cheaper dog washes but no where near as good.

This review is for Highline Sheds, Malaga WA

verified email - 04 Aug 2010

Proper sheds & workshops with frames and structural integrity. Not the usual poor quality, flimsy, slap together junk that you buy flat packed by other so called shed men or hardware stores. Professional and efficient service with quality installers. From a 3 x 3 garden shed to the largest of workshops, I have now had highline build 2 for me at home and more than 6 through work - great job every time.
