Ezlicence Beware. I don't think they are a registered business. They have no registered address and I had major issues with 2 instructors: one from Dingley name started with G , and another whose name also started with G from Parkdale, who both cover the Heatherton area where I was to take my test. Both inappropriate talk, not reliable, bad attitude and 1 wanted to charge me extra $$ more than I already paid online. Ezlicence has no contact phone number, no one to talk to and above all if you try and leave a negative review they DO Not publish it online. They only show the so called positive reviews. So fake and misleading. Do your own research and you will see. They are not a driving school. Looks like a place where so called instructors who can't get work anywhere else like from a proper driving school, Ezlicence takes them on. No assurance of quality or customer satisfaction, and you have no where to complain. They don't even have a google review listing. I chose a proper local driving school and wow what a difference, and was also better priced.

Would not recommend Mitra from Newcastle. Firstly she made us book an extra hour for her lesson and changed the time twice. She was rude to my daughter instead of helping correct her mistakes, she made her fill out the instructor review form while she watched what my daughter wrote and then kicked her out of the car at a pedestrian crossing IN THE RAIN and made her walk back to our meeting place instead of dropping her off! Total waste of time and money DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They say on terms they do refunds but where very understanding and did process a refund

If you're a lady and live in Blacktown or Penrith LGA's , I recommend you book Shabana. She was patient with me from the beginning all the way even after my driving test. Has a bubbly personality, very observant on things you may need improvement on and she'll work through it with you. Took 3 lessons where a 2-hour lesson involved us going around Penrith area where I was going to do my test just to get me familiar with the road. Also did an hour before my test. Passed first go! Highly highly recommend her :)

My instructor was Pete from Eastern suburbs. He knew exactly what the examiners want. No time wasting. I had 2 hours with him. Man! I passed easily. Pete works with passion. If you want to book him for more hours and he thinks you need only less, he will tell you. He isnt after your money. I wish I could have had him earlier so I didnt have to spend 10 hours for a useless instructor. This guy has so much passion when teaching. He deserves more than five stars.

I booked a drive test with Ez Licence in Victoria for my daughter but the instructor had to cancel as he was not well. He texted the night before (7.00pm) to say that he had informed the office and that they would organise someone else to take her. No word overnight so sent a message via "contact us" before 9.00am on the day of her driving test. By 10.00am no response. Then finally found a number to call "customer service" ( & I use the term loosely !) and they were useless ! Apparently the instructors are all independent contractors so the company cannot interfere with their hours or bookings - can't even attempt to find a replacement ! No bookings available with Vic Roads now until September and no assistance offered by Ez Licence. Very poor customer service - even wanted me to request a refund in writing even though they could see the whole story on my daughter's account. Buyer beware !

Rude instructor kept yelling from the start.
I had to left his car in 4 minutes out of 2 hour lesson due to his bad manner.

Ezlicence will not be helpful!

Be careful with instructor rating less than 5 stars.
Because website is hiding bad reviews and shows only good reviews.

Rude instructor. He was late and leave because he couldn't find a parking. No sorry or apologise. What a waste of time!! I contacted EzLicence directly and same thing.

We booked a driving test package for our daughter. The test could not go ahead as the Ez Licence Instructor's ( Tim) car was deemed unsafe & unroadworthy due to worn car tyres. Now we have to wait another month to book another driving test. Ez licence response was also extremely disappointing. They advised instructors were independent of the company and the instructors themselves were responsible for car safety not Ez licence. Very alarming ! Would not recommend them

I would recommend Keith whom i selected as my driving instructor. He is experienced in giving driving lessons. I cleared my driving lesson as he motivated a lot for remaining positive while driving. I was feeling very scared and nervous, but he motivated me that i would pass the test and i did!! Thanks to him..

I have been driving for a few years on my international license but had no idea how to pass the driving test here in Australia. My instructor - Gono helped me a lot! Only in 2 lessons I have learnt useful tips and successfully passed the test! Highly recommend!
