Daniel was very helpful and provided a competitive quote. Managed to book me in early which got the job done quickly. The guys who did the installation were very polite, professional installers making sure everything was clean and tidy after completing their work. They spent time making sure we knew how to operate the air conditioner properly. Great service all round. I recommend this Company.

We replaced an old cool-only split system with a new reverse cycle system. Dan was great and patiently answered all our questions and followed up with the manufacturers for things he couldn't answer immediately. He always got back to use when he said he would. Pricing was not the absolute cheapest, but Dan was willing to make an effort to get the business, and with his excellent advice and approach, we decided to go with him. The installation team were great - on time, courteous, efficient and they left no mess at all. A good experience, and we would happily recommend Ezy Air.

Iinstallation of a reverse cycle air conditioner for the lower level of the house. The team was prompt, polite, efficient and the standard of work is excellent! Worth paying for what you get. I will deifintely call them again in the future.

I wanted to purchase and have a split system installed. I got 3 other quotes before I found Ezy air.My experience with the other quotes was that one was way too expensive and couldn't supply the unit I wanted and the other 2 either didn't call me back or didn't turn up. I found EZYAir after doing a google search on the "best" aircon installer in Melbourne. Dan was was fantastic through out the whole process. He did a quote over the phone and though I could have purchased the unit a little bit cheaper online , his professionalism gave me great confidence that if I purchased and installed the unit through EzyAir, I could be guaranteed that any repairs would be handled no questions asked by EZY Air for the period of the warranty. In the end I paid very little extra for the unit, installation and the peace of mind. The installation was professionally done and Ezyairs staff were courteous and a pleasure to have in my home.They took all the rubbish away and cleaned up after themselves. Later in the day I got a follow up call from Dan to make sure that everything had gone well . In summary Ezy Air did everything they said they would , when they said they would and at a very good price. I cannot fault the service

Installation of a split heating and cooling system - the guys did a great job - very neat and very professional. A totally different experience from other heating/cooling companies I have used in the past. The job was completed to perfection. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
