The products have great prices and are individually wrapped for protection. All dvd's I have purchased there are scratch free and of great value. The staff vary, but most are friendly, happy, enthusiastic and very helpful.

The cheapest place for DVDs even cheaper than super markets, etc. once up on a time ezy dvd was a small, expensive, boring shop stuffed in a corner, however now it's the complete opposite and i absolutely love the place. They got a really wide range of everything including foreign movies which is something you don't find everywhere. the stuff are not the most cheerful people, but they are helpful. since they are a dvd store i would have really like it if they have a big plasma tv in convenient location with maybe a chair or two and play movies constantly. i know that might sound too much but it would certainly make the place remarkable.

I have been into the shops and albeit they don't have a massive variety, the online ordering has always been a fantastic experience. I have preordered a number of dvds as well as ordered during their sales and the delivery speed has been fantastic. Albeit the prices aren't always the cheapest or are on par with retail shops the convenience has been a plus.

Don't visit the shop, but use their website for 99% of my DVD purchases. Have had no problems other than one which was the fault of the USA distributor of the product and EzyDVD were most helpful in getting the issue fixed. i love these guys!!

Ezy DVD used to be a pretty average and quite expensive DVD store but within the last year, they have really grown a lot. They have extremely cheap DVD's, and these are fantastic movies and series by very qualified companies, not just cheap DVD's you can get anywhere.

Since the beginning of 2007, the price of their products have dropped dramatically. I only used to buy a handful of things from their since I couldn't afford most or they weren't worth it. But now, you can get quality products with pocket change!

They have also opened a much larger store and it's so much more spacious. It still does get quite hot in the store but this is due to a lack of air-conditioning, which is something they should really look into.

The biggest problem though is the volume at which they have the music! Seriously, they are steadily getting worse than JB HiFi when it comes to the music. I mean it's a DVD store and they have stacks of TVs around with movies and/or series playing but the volume is right down and they often have subtitles on.

The music is obviously for the benefit for the staff and it's just unbearable. It actually feels like the floor is shaking! I could spend a good two hours looking in there but only spend around twenty minutes or less, solely due to the fact that the music is at a ridiculous volume! It puts me off what I want to look at (or buy). There shouldn't even be music. There should be a movie or series, if anything AND it should be at a very reasonable level, not a level that makes customers want to leave.
