We ordered the Peking Duck set meals and were horrified to find they did not use the duck we ordered. The soup only had 2 small strips of duck meat and a few small cubes of tofu. The stirfry was salty and smelled horrible. The waiter said we could order fried rice but the boss said we couldn't unless we paid extra - very inconsistent to each other and especially to other restaurants. The fried rice was mushy, salty and tasted bad.
My overall experience was a horrible one. I left still hungry because the food was too bad to eat. I would never go back again and I would certainly not recommend anyone to dine there.

I walked into a sticky restaurant on a hot day. There were 3 flies circling me and my mum the entire time we were there. The staff did not smile at us once and actually looked annoyed that we were there. We ordered a medium rare steak but got a medium well steak instead. We actually had to walk up to tell them we had finished and are ready for our pancake which took longer than the five minutes they told us it would be.
The only time I saw the staff smile was when her friend walked in and stood at the counter talking to her, loudly.
The service was exceptionally bad and the quality was barely okay. I wouldn't say it was of good value and I would never visit again. I'd recommend going to another of its stores...

Approximate cost: $20-$30

Years and years ago I used to dine there a lot, but over the past couple of years I've only been ordering take away. I went to dine in again about a month ago and I was horrified at how great the change was. The staff were horrible. They were dripping soup and drinks as they walked the meals and drinks to customers. They told me they had run out of the radish cake that I ordered so I just sat as my family finished eating. They were just finishing up when one of the staff bangs a dish of radish cake on the table. All I can say is that they are so rude. They were the ones who told me they didn't have any left and all of a sudden there it was and they bring it out when everyone else has finished and we're about to leave.
However, if you just order take away, like I am, you will find that the food is great and of generous servings at a similar price to their competitors.

The pricing is somewhat moderate but the staff are vacuuming while we are eating...
The fresh pennywort juice is good though and as long as you stick to average meals like the beef noodles, it's okay value.

The products have great prices and are individually wrapped for protection. All dvd's I have purchased there are scratch free and of great value. The staff vary, but most are friendly, happy, enthusiastic and very helpful.

Overall, the place is nice and the food is tasty. The only downside during my visit was the large number of spiders I saw inside and outside of the cafe. One of them even found its way into my bag and went home with me. If it weren't for the spiders which I am so afraid of, I would probably visit again.

The staff taking orders in the drivethru are usually very impatient. Some are quite rude. The staff handing out the food didn't say anything to us, she just shoved the bag out the window and left when we took it. I couldn't believe how rude they were and I was disappointed to find my burgers drowned in sauce and with dry, hard burger buns.

The coffee is exceptionally good. The menu items are pricey as cafes are. It is a small, busy cafe mainly for uni students. Service can be slow during peak periods.

The staff was quite friendly and the atmosphere was peaceful, a great cafe to just sit and chat without needing to worry about being told to leave after finishing your drinks or meals.
