Disappointed!
I am very disappointed with this company, some one came out and gave us a quote in October we were happy with the price and even said their was a possibility the blinds could be put up before Christmas. It is now end of January and we are still waiting! The issue is not just the time it has taken for the blinds to be put up it is the lack of communication. My husband has called many times (more than 5 occasions) and has been told on each occasion that the person who he needs to talk to is not in and that they will call us back, with no response! I understand that things get delayed but the bad customer service has been deplorable. I would highly recommend using another company.

Took a week of phone calls for Danni (sales consultant) to organise a time to come out and give a quote. I paid deposit and was given a completion time of approximately 4 weeks. Danni completely dropped the ball - she did not scope the work properly and then did nothing to further the project. $550 extra costs added to quote. After 6 weeks nothing had been organised. 3 1/2 months still waiting. Manager has gone on leave and left everything to one person in the office. The only time you can find out what is happening is if you ring the office yourself - communication is totally one way. It now looks like installation will happen in 2019. Excuses for delays include - phones not working, busy training new staff. job not scoped properly, warehouse has not made delivery etc etc etc.

Purchased a Crimsafe security door and two exterior awnings. The door frame was not correctly measured by the salesman so the gaps between the custom made security door and the door frame were too wide which compromised the integrity of the door. Fair Price refused to remake the door so they packed out the door frame which is less than ideal.
Less than two years after the installation of the exterior awnings the fabric has torn and Fair Price expect me to pay for the labour to remove and replace the awnings.

Approximate cost: $2,300

Had nine roller blinds installed. They has a mobile service with a friendly sales person. We also visited the stire and the sales people were fantastic even better was the price couldn't be more happier with the experience.
