Had 2 blinds installed in December 2021 - external zip trak and internal cellular blind (both motorised). Remote for cellular works intermittently. Had people out to look at it 3 times. Each time have to take time off work. I was promised that the installation contractor would bring out a new motor and remote to try to see if they would make a difference. Contractor arrived - no remote, no motor and told me that there was a problem with the remote and to call Burns for Blinds again. Cannot believe the poor backup service from this company. I will not recommend or buy from Burns for Blinds again.

Took a week of phone calls for Danni (sales consultant) to organise a time to come out and give a quote. I paid deposit and was given a completion time of approximately 4 weeks. Danni completely dropped the ball - she did not scope the work properly and then did nothing to further the project. $550 extra costs added to quote. After 6 weeks nothing had been organised. 3 1/2 months still waiting. Manager has gone on leave and left everything to one person in the office. The only time you can find out what is happening is if you ring the office yourself - communication is totally one way. It now looks like installation will happen in 2019. Excuses for delays include - phones not working, busy training new staff. job not scoped properly, warehouse has not made delivery etc etc etc.
