the customer service here is amazing, they have always been extremely helpful with any enquiry i have about my fish. they also have allnof your fishtank need right there in one spot. they have a great selection of tropical and cold water fish also and also seel other pets too so it really is great

I found the staff lively they knew what they were talking about everything from the pet cages to the fish tanks were clean aswell as lots of variety.

Absolutely LOVE this pet shop! Such a great variety of animals, the only local place I can find seahorses. The staff are great and genuinely care about the animals. I love their cat that roams around, and the Macaw that is usually free to fly around. They have now moved to a new address, which is a bummer, it's not as close now :(

I love this place. The staff are knowledgeable in a range of areas and the prices are very cheap. They have there dog Lucy and there cat fat cat at the store and my favourite is max the maccaw. I love how they have animals you can interact with. They have now moved to marshalltown road in grovedale.

I have gotten my 2 puppies from here, both un-planned! I felt like I was being interviewed when purchasing Gem, my now 4 yr old springer spaniel, which I thought was great as it showed the store cared about the homes their animals were going to.
