Bad customer service, staff had no idea about product, and didn’t know the return policy, and in general spoke to the customer as if I was upsetting there day by asking questions. Bad attitude to customers. Didn’t deserve my business.

I purchased a hall table from here. Was so cheap good quality. When I opened it it was damaged so I rang them and instead of driving back there with the item they delivered a new part the next day!!!

This store is like a miniature Ikea. You start at the door and follow the path throughout the store, which is divided into different sections.
We went here to buy my mother a new bed. The assistant was lovely, gave us lots of information- but then new to leave us alone so we could discuss our options.
The package was delivered promptly and bought into the house for my mother.
The store is discount furniture, so is not elaborate glamorous pieces. However they offer more stylish furniture than Ikea, for a similar price.

Had a wonderful experience, great customer service. It is nice to have people who look like they really want to work there and love their job. No issues with helping me at all. Products are great and have had no issues so far

Easy pick up and delivery. I was able to choose what bed I required and take home with me with no fuss.
