To begin with yes you did bring 2 ipads and 2 huawei phones..Excuse me we did not break the back we actually have video footage of this. With the foul language from you and your husband I stated I would repair it in good faith but the back had to come from China, so yes you waited around a month for the back but you knew this. SO YOU DEMANDED NOTHING
We knew the minute you rung us running down 2 other phone repairers in Ipswich that there was something wrong here..So when you brought in your 2 IPads the first thing I did was take down the IME for both.
As with everyone of our customers they check there devices before actually paying so if things like a broken back and Ipad was broken you would spot it in the first minute you checked it and wouldn't have paid until it was fixed.
Than you come back in the store arguing with the technician over your IPad not working and the crack in the back of phone..We went back on the video and clearly see you and your daughter checking both devices..
The IPad that was another issue of you thinking we were new and stupid after speaking to both shops in Ipswich your little game was to replace screens and than accuse the shop of than breaking things like network, speakers ect but it wasn't the same IPad you would take in it was a different on but when your IME didn't match the same IME for the IPad we replaced the screen you realized you were caught and become abusive..We are still operating because we catch on to dishonest schemes and because our honest customers are happy to come to us
