Recommended! We urgently needed assistance with a birds leaving their faeces all over the patio. They tried their best to solve the problem. I now have a clean patio!

I chose this company given the positive reviews posted on this site, however, I can only give a rating that's average.
They helped me identify that I had rats in the ceiling and laid baits which was all included in the price of the initial service call. With a 3 month warranty they came back to retreat the ceiling when the problem was still there - at no cost which I was happy with. It was only on the 2nd inspection that I was made aware that living in a semi detached home with renovations happening next door may cause the rodents to come across.
Unfortunately, after both treatments, the problem didn't get resolved. They came again, however it was simply to tell me that my neighbour needed to treat her home as well (which was going to cost her money even though she didn't have evidence of a rat infestation).
I feel like this was vital information that was missed in the first inspection for an effective treatment plan. Instead, I've been giving a family of rats a nice cosy home for the last 6 months ago.
I wish I hadn't relied solely on the reviews on this site and had done my own research/calling around before deciding on this company. I have since spoken to other companies to handle my problem, and have received better pricing, longer warranty periods (6 months) and better treatment plans.

I had an ant problem and tried every DIY method I found to get rid of the nasty incests but nothing worked. What's more both my kids screamed and cried every single time they saw an ant on the floor. It was crazy! I don't know why I've waited for so long before I called a pest exterminator. He came and just did the job. No more ants, no more kids screaming around because they saw a small black dot on the tiles. Thanks!
