Before I start, the reviews IN their website are 5 years old or "no longer available." that should tell you all you need to know. Every negative review has been accurate in my experience.

$640 for a two bedroom apartment. They charged my credit card three weeks before the clean. Refused to give me a receipt or invoice and the cleaners showed up two-three hours late. They subcontract the work to ANY available cleaner in the area, no matter how poor a job they do. I didn't get a receipt until two days later and after I threatened to cancel the payment with the bank.

I had to stay and supervise the cleaners as they refused to clean the windows or balcony, making me do it. I eventually left them with carpets to clean and some glass on the balcony, thinking surely they can't stuff anything up. They left the benchtops and kitchen dirty, left a hallway wall soaking wet, the glass on the balcony was untouched and there were spots on the floor from rushed mopping.

The cleaners threw out one of the ceiling covers for the air conditioning ducts and when I called fantastic cleaners they kept me waiting for a week and said unless I have video proof of them throwing it out, too bad.

Absolute crooks, with an offshore call centre and a customer service line that goes to voicemail. Avoid at any and all costs, pure scum
