I bought a couple of gorgeous top quality dresses and pretty tops here, and upon conclusion of my purchase, the ladies asked me if I would like to go on their text message mailing list to notify me of their special offers or VIP nights. I replied "Ok, why not?" (this is before I moved to Victoria though) and they gave me a note with a wrapped candy attached, saying "A sweet for a sweetie":) It's this type of unique but simple appreciation of their customers by a business that sticks. Now when I receive their text messages notifying me of their amazing store-wide sales, I let my friends know (who live in the Beenleigh and surrounding area). See, word of mouth really works!
