Bought two new boards but both came with the seal broken and had used marks on it like the board was used. They (Lou) did offer a refund but claimed in their first email that there was no damage until I sent them pictures of it, then no response.

I can already tell how this experience going to go, as a first-time customer I feel suss about this experience, company, and Lou for this reason I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Expect to be sending you boards back and wasting your time.

I came in store looking for a Christmas present for my nephew, and as someone who has no knowledge on skateboards, I found your staff extremely helpful. Very pleased with the service I received.

The brands that you can find at this store are quite different to the brands you find in other surf shops. I found one of my favourite brands in here and bought a t-shirt, which I still wear today, and that was over a year ago! The service could be a little better, but other than that the shop is good. Skater heaven!
