1 of 2 part package lost and empty bag delivered now I'm getting the run around and they provided a low resolution picture off first delivery that you cant see the details on the label? not the second empty bag that was delivered what is so hard to understand people would the police help?.
I've been getting delivery's for more 10 years no problem, most of the drivers know me well with so many RC cars they have delivered and being interested in what I got.

Fastway are a very shabby outfit. They have been driving around with a parcel of mine since 21/8, and it was not delivered until 27/8.
Apparently the driver in my area 'did not have time' to delivery my package, and so each day it would show up as 'unable to be delivered' and just stay in the van.
I had to ring Fastway and they explained the situation. They told me I would have the parcel delivered by 5pm on the 26/8. No parcel delivered....
I rang again on the 27/8, spoke to someone who told me it would definitely be delivered that day, and finally it was. But seriously, it was picked up on 20/8, should have been delivered on the 21/8, and did not arrive until 27/8, and not with much time wasted on phone calls.
They've similarly not delivered with other packages before. I avoid businesses who use them.
Hi Curlycee, the excuse given (the driver did not have time) is clearly an unprofessional and insufficient one. After all, this is how the business in question purportedly makes its living. Given that you are going out of your way to avoid conducting business with those who employ this company, we would recommend alerting these other businesses (who are missing out on your custom), so that they are aware of this fact. I get alot of my Online purchases sent through fastway and I find if I order from same state QLD I get them most often overnight or within 2 days so fantastic service , The Delivery Drivers are always Friendly and will carry my heavier purchases upstairs for me as well with no trouble at all.
This is the second time I have been disappointed by Fastway Couriers, due to the time it takes to get a delivery and the fact, that I only live 12 minutes to the centre of Maryborough yet they don't deliver to my door, even though other Courier companies do. I am only using their service because the seller of the products gives no other option. I am currently waiting on my item that was sent from Sydney and expected to arrive in Maryborough. Five days the wait has been so far and after calling to find out where it is, we have been informed that they put it in Australia Post this morning as they don't have a depot in Maryborough. If I'd had the option, I would have just had it sent by Aussie Post in the first place!! Not happy.

I used Fastway Couriers for an Ebay purchase and my item was delivered in a very timely manner and in excellent condition. The courier driver was very professional, well-presented, and friendly. Highly recommended.
Staff are friendly and polite. Packages are delivered in excellent condition and the staff are very well presented.
