Alex and team are amazing. Professional, reliable, responsible and they clean up after themselves. The communication is fantastic and everything is explained as it happens, so if there’s a little adjustment that needs to happen (as with most of these older houses) you understand why it’s done the way it is.
Each team member are patient, kind, respectful, and just general all round nice guys, and girl (not forgetting Ellie)
This is now the second time we have had Alex and team back to do some work, he has a customer for life now.
