Having made a very long journey by train from the country in order to collect the ashes of my mother I was dismayed to find that due to a misunderstanding they were not available. However I praise the staff for their compassion and understanding and for going beyond narrow bureaucracy in order to serve and someone made a special journey to fetch them. Fortunately I was not in a fragile state but I can see that anyone who were would be treated with the utmost kindness. The surroundings are very pleasant and it's relatively easy to find your way. The historical items are interesting even if you have no personal interest in a grave there. The cemetery is easy to access and a train stops right near by.
