Wanted to get my hair cut shorter, exactly the same style, but I got a ridiculous haircut and they didn't spend more than 5 minutes on it. The hairdresser didn't even check with me if it is good as she cut my hair. My hair looks uneven and horrible.

And the price was ridiculous compared to the quality of the haircut. Total rip-off!

If I was able to give negative stars on this review, I'd do it.

I would not recommend this to anyone on planet earth.

I had been growing my hair for 2 years and just wanted the side taken off and to keep the length and walked out with half of the length taken off the top this was not what i asked for and then they blamed me for not bringing in a picture to explain what i wanted im not happy with them i wont be going back.

Took my son to get his haircut. Explained I wanted a nice cut for Term 4. Was asked how much to take off - we agreed on about half the existing length. My son walked out with about 7/8ths of his hair cut off, it looked nearly bald, was quite a disappointing experience. Wouldn't go again would pay the extra $5 to go to Stefan where at least the hairdressers seem to care a little more. Young female who cut the hair also couldn't make chit-chat with 9yo son, obviously not the best place for primary kids, despite having a primary kids pricing.
