I was lucky enough to discover Fem Skin Therapy 20 Years ago. I feel blessed the day I walked in and knew straight up I had found a salon very unique and special. Marnie and her team of therapists are the most sincere friendly and professional team of women and I honestly cannot ever imagine going anywhere else. Every time I walk into the salon I feel so incredibly happy and upbeat. I THANK you so much for looking after my skin and helping me to look my best for so many years. On another note my Lira facial was the best ever. Thanks Leanne!!. I have always loved your products Marnie but so happy experimenting with the new Lira line. They are gorgeous. THANKS again gorgeous girls I would recommend every single one of you. You are all brilliant.

This, my first visit to the salon, was a gift from a person close to me. Having recently been through a very stressful period, I was extremely tired, but left feeling relaxed and re-charged. I had the privilege of having Marnie treat me. Her skill as a masseuse was excellent, as was her obvious knowledge of her profession in explaining the contents of the products used. She had the graciousness and social know-how to establish a friendly and intelligent conversation as well as to allow for a totally relaxing silence. Her care for me as a client was wonderful. During the long, careful pedicure, when I commented on her deftness with the tools, her reply was 'Lots of practice". FEM keeps me young! They always have all the current and most up to date anti-aging treatments. Great at looking at what my skin needs and I always come out looking so much better than when I went in. Lovely atmosphere and the girls are great. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The best in the business! The Fem team have kept my skin looking and feeling amazing and my self-care rituals in tact during the never ending Melbourne lock-down! Always available for consultations, advice on concerns and tutorials on how to apply my skin care regime. My absolute fave product I am using during this time are the Lira Pro Anti Aging pads - the closest thing you will get to an in salon treatment during this time and the results are so satisfying! These gorgeous ladies are so professional, knowledgeable and caring - cannot wait to see them back in salon asap!

If you are looking for a beauty therapist with extensive knowledge, uses quality products that get results and genuinely cares about improving your skin then this is the salon for you. Everyone comments on my skin and how great I look for my age, and that's because the ladies at this salon know their stuff and the products they stock are brilliant. While it's not one of those fluffy spa places the ladies still manage to make you feel special and comfortable at all times, and the pedicures are without doubt the best in Melbourne, if not Australia. I have been a very happy customer for 16 years now, I travel approx 15kms from my home to go there and I am more then happy to do so as every time I've tried somewhere closer it has not compared.

Hi Marnie, just wanted to drop you a note. I had your new eyelash lift and tint with Sanja yesterday- it was and is fantastic! I love how it looks, this is my new treatment. Sanja was amazing and it was the best lash tint I have ever had- no pain at all! I also had a hand massage which was total bliss. Thank you to you and Sanja, cheers, Deirdre.

Visiting FEM for all my beauty therapy needs is one of my favourite things to do. I have been going there since it first opened and it is AMAZING!!! The experience keeps getting better and better. Owner, Marnie Browne, ensures her awesome staff are always up-to-date with the latest techniques. The customer service is like no other! The ambience of the salon is wonderful, relaxing and ultra modern. I am always made to feel special and cared about each and every appointment!

I have been going to Fem since 1997. From the first day I walked in I knew I was going to go back as the young owner was very helpful, professional and friendly. Over the years she has employed other staff and all have been professional. I would strongly recommend Fem- all their products and treatments are the best especially the pedicures.

I have been going to Fem Skin Therapy for a few years now. I find the girls to be very professional and friendly. They have a great range of services and I find there is never anything too hard for them. I would highly recommend going there if your after a good therapist.

I have been going to Fem Skin Therapy for the last 18 months for my skin aging needs.
I used to go to Fem in the early days when you had to enter via the hairdressing salon; these visits were mainly to have my acrylic nails done, with the occasional facial or information evenings on skin care that Marnie held, when acrylic nails were taken off the menu I stopped coming for no other reason than to have my nails done elsewhere.
18 months ago my daughter started going to Fem for skin care prior to her getting married and as mother of the bride I thought I needed some skin care as well, what a joy to be rekindled with the Fem staff and especially Marnie I was made to feel like I had never left.
I now book a monthly appointment and in the capable hands all staff members and I have probably had most treatments on the menu and will continue to do so because I'm constantly told I have lovely skin and that makes me feel good especially for someone who is mid sixties (but don't tell anyone!!!)
There is lots to like about Fem, staff are great, rewards program comes in very handy when you want those add on treatments, I always buy Fem gift certificates for friend and love it when my family buy me Fem gift certificates.
I also would like to mention Marnie's choice of skin care products I just love them and would not use any thing else.

Great little hide away for pampering! The last two recent therapists that were there for a couple of years, but then left, were amazing perfectionist's and so kind & caring, I am not happy that they are gone.
There have been high turn around of staff at Fem in the last year and many therapists have not been good. I usually have great pedicures there but the newest therapist did not live up; she took way too long and very frustrating! Although I like the boss, it is starting to get uncomfortable in there with constant new staff and unfriendly receptionist's.

I have been going here for waxing and regular pedicures/manicures for several years. I find the staff are always professional and friendly and there is low staff turnover which is great. The pedicures are great for a pamper and it is one of the few places that get rid of the dead skin so easily. I recommend Fem otherwise I wouldn't continue to be their client.

The girls are great, the place is relaxing, the music peaceful and the waxing great..
the entrance is from the Hairdressers below and the spiral staircase to the top.

I'm very particular with my personal waxing needs. The staff of Fem Beauty Therapy well and truely meet my needs above expectations. Very professional, clean enviroment. Walk out a very satisfied customer. Offer massage and beauty therapies as well but have not used them.
