Ferntree Gully Kia

My 11 year old Sorento airbag warning light came on recently. Took it to them. They checked and replaced the steering clock spring (which is a common issue with this model) under extended warranty total free of charge.
Kia & Hyundai Aust does offer much better service compared to many other brands. I cant imagine Holden, Ford or VW, for example, giving a warranty claim for a 11 year old car!

This is the worst Kia dealership and I highly recommend not to choose this one. Once the car deal is done they don’t even care about the customer service or nothing. Very very poor communication and there are plenty of Kia dealerships around. Strictly avoid them

Last Saturday I was shopping a few dealers for a new Kia Optima. I had almost given up due to frustration at amount of haggling I had to do to get the price I wanted. Then I went to Ferntree Gully Kia and was overwhelmed with the way in which the salesperson listened to me and answered my questions. When it came to the price he gave me what I wanted. Great service and good price - what more could a girl want!

Nice friendly and easy to talk to, not pushy, car was ready when promised, shown everything about car, I highly recommend this company.
