Fertile Mind Hypnotherapy provides hypnotherapy services to clients from our clinic in North Fitzroy, in Melbourne's northern suburbs.

Hypnotherapy is a natural state of deep relaxation that accesses the subconscious mind in order to facilitate change. It is a powerful, safe and drug-free treatment that can be used in conjunction with other health therapies or as a stand-alone modality.

Our core focus is on Women's health issues, providing support and restoring balance for women concerned with Fertility, Childbirth and Menopause. Each session is individually tailored to facilitate effective and lasting changes.

Childbirth

Childbirth Hypnotherapy, or Birth Hypnosis, is a unique programme combining hypnotherapy and contemporary birthing knowledge to prepare expecting mothers for childbirth and labour. We provide a programme of weekly classes for expecting mums and their partner or support person, where you will learn relaxation techniques, methods for releasing fear and negativity, breathing techniques and other valuable practices for childbirth and beyond. Both small group or individual classes are available.

Fertility

Our Fertility programme is run over four to six sessions, and assists women with their physical and emotional needs relating to fertility issues. The programme is tailored to your individual requirements, and works well in conjunction with treatment from other health professionals, or when beginning your own fertility journey.

Menopause

Menopause can be a challenging time for many women, and Hypnotherapy can be a powerful tool for assisting to re-create the balance between mind and body during this time.

I found the overall experience very rewarding. Through the techniques used by Cindy I've been able to improve my sleeping patterns and also found myself to be calmer and over all more confident in my daily life.

I found the sessions relaxing and enjoyable and Cindy very professional and thorough in her work. I would be happy to recommend Cindy.

I had 2 sessions with Cindy for Peri menospausal symptoms and found the whole experience to fantastic, she helped to alleviate my hot flushes and helped me to deal with my mood swings. I have been and continue to be very impressed. I would recommend her to any woman seeking help with these problems (or any other issues). Cindy is very professional and offers an excellent service.
