They sold me gloves they did not have in stock.

Now they are not responding to my emails.

I am just about to instruct my American Express Relationship manager to retrieve my money from them.

A really bad experience.

I had an issue with “Bob” the punching dummy and Brendan sorted it out with the manufacturer who sent me a new one. The dummy is great also. Thanks Brendan

Terrible customer service. Item was in stock on website, purchased express shipping. A week later they tell me it’s out of stock, then they keep ignoring my emails and haven’t refunded me. Do not buy.

Would not recommend. Sent me wrong size, would not exchange for correct despite being brand new in packaging and unused. request was made same day of receiving goods.
