Fighter World

We took a 3 yr old (free), and he had the best time. So did the 48 yr old. Lovely knowledgeable fellows running the place, and a top lady running the café, which has a good range of yummy stuff. We had the best thickshakes. The displays are very worthwhile seeing, and more impressive than you'd think from the outside. The observation deck with the tannoy broadcasting the actual control tower from Williamtown was very exciting for the 3 yr old.

This was some thing different we decided to do. We really enjoyed the day at Fighter World. Great family day out. They even have a great cafe with a wide range of food. Bit pricey but worth a visit.

This is fun entertainment for the kids. And the cafe next door is really good value with great food choices. It is probably a tad on the pricey side unless you're really keen and want to spend hours there. However for those that do or for something different definitely worthwhile.

Fighter world is a air craft mini world!, Full of many displays of air craft history! Great place for the kids, very educational and hands-on. Would make to perfect day trip for the family. They have a cafe too with drinks and food.

Location is just outside newcastle, plenty of parking. I really enjoyed going here years ago. Prices were fair, very affordable.

Can jump in a couple planes and play around..which is very cool!
