I called as per the website for emergency during business hours, I speak to a lady Emily, and I have never spoke to anyone with such little compassion for such a sensitive situation, her tone was out right rude and very condescending. The whole experience was very poor to say the least. I work in pet insurance and was recommended by a customer. I will NEVER again attempt to take my pet here for care. People that work with animals I had always believed to have had big hearts, boy was I wrong.VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!

I have been taking my cat to this vet for 3 years now. I've tried other vets which were ok but this one is great. You can tell that the staff really care about the animals and the best part is, the waiting time is very short!
