Doesnt have insurance, didnt follow engineer plans, everything they built was major to minor defect nothing was built to Australian standards. Poor ethics. Refuse to repair or refund. Owner is very good salesman that has financially ruined me and prevented my family from living in our home as its no longer structural safe to do so.
