Have experienced all three therapists. Nadia, Vanessa and Emma are all amazing! The clinic is a very relaxing place to be and the girls make you feel very comfortable and well informed. Emma is also a fantastic massage therapist! The best yet! Ill definately be back to follow up with colonics in the future and will make massages a common occurrence.

Nadia is a true professional and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. She is also very knowledgeable and shared lots of useful information about diet and gut health. I felt great after the set of 3 treatments a few months ago and will be going back for more soon. Have also been for massages with Vanessa who is very skilled too.

The Clinic is bright, inviting and cheerful, i instantly feel relaxed when I walk through the doors. On arrival the girls at the front desk are always wearing a smile and make you feel at home. Vanessa, one of the highly qualified remedial therapists at Finding Balance is brilliant at finding all the tight ouchy spots, her level of anatomy and stretching techniques is of the highest level. Both times i've dealt with Nadia Rose who is so lovely, warm and professional. She provides the best customer service and you always feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable and has good contacts in the healh/wellness field. She's also very caring and follows up with you to ensure you are going well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.....Finding Balance.

On arrival you are welcomed by Nadia and her team who are specially trained Colonic Hydrotherapists, you are made to feel welcome and at ease, a quick questionnaire about your bowel movements which is casual and dignified, before your treatment commences, which is conducted in a highly professional manner, once your treatment is completed, you can expect an follow up phone call or email to see how your travelling. Quite honestly one of the best displays of customer service I have ever encountered, cannot recommend Finding Balance enough - they have been a god send to my health.
