Walked in the saloon on a saturday afternoon to request a haircut or organise time to come back for it even in the folowing week. Only the owner was there at the time working on an elderly lady’s hair.

I was spoken to with no respect as if i was not welcomed there at the saloon. I saw there arrogance and a voice that was helpless to myself getting a haircut.
Even though i requested what day and time i could come back, no appropriate answer was given to me, it was all silent.

So i just had to say see tou in the week while i turned back around to the exit door.

The staff here are beyond friendly - they seem utterly driven to make sure you're happy. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their ultimate goal. They did my hair very quickly, exactly the way I asked, and checked in with me constantly to make sure they were doing everything just right. In the end, they even charged me less than the price listed on their website! The only drawback is that they don't have EFTPOS, which is a tad inconvenient.

This hair salon is absolutely fantastic!!! The staff are extremely friendly which makes all the difference, especially if you're unsure of what you really want. I was guided in the direction of what would suit me and how best to go about it. They are extremely skillful and by far the best hair salon I've ever been to.
