My wife placed a phone order. All was good. Told 30-40min wait. No problems.

Get to the shop at 40mins to be told they Havnt even started cooking the food yet.

Staff was rude. Giving pathetic excuses. A lot of other angry customers in the area too said they had been waiting ages.

Had never tried this shop before. Decided to give them a go. But after this experience we will never be trying them.

Very poor customer service.

The best calamari I've ever eaten. The best. Burgers are great, chips are crisp, fish is awesome, it's all fresh. But the calamari is the best.

Arrived and ordered although the person who was suppose to be taking my order was more interested in what was going on behind me and at one stage had to wait for him to finished staring over my shoulder so I could continue with my order!!! I was hoping for nice flaky crumbed fish and what I got was the worst fish I have ever had. So soggy and watery the crumbs were thicker than the fish.. To disgusting to eat and at $20 for 3 pieces it was a complete rip off and was put in the bin... Won't be back

Huge portions, great taste, service and price. Would record highly. From the moment of walking in, seeing all food fresh. I cannot wait for the next visit.

Little unassuming shop in new suburban centre. Word of mouth amongst locals on social media lead us to this great find. OMG! Chips are crisp like they should be. Gigantic serves for very reasonable prices
