My wife placed a phone order. All was good. Told 30-40min wait. No problems.

Get to the shop at 40mins to be told they Havnt even started cooking the food yet.

Staff was rude. Giving pathetic excuses. A lot of other angry customers in the area too said they had been waiting ages.

Had never tried this shop before. Decided to give them a go. But after this experience we will never be trying them.

Very poor customer service.
