I booked my First Aid and CPR course in Robina, weeks priors, booked a day off to attend, did hours of online videos to complete my online quiz. Two days before my course, someone from the Philipines not Adelaide, cancelled my class because of "unforeseen circumstances" couldnt reschedule me even when i explained im going to lose my placement due to this inconvenience. Varsity Lakes was closed, Southport closed, Nerang was the only place they could offer me for a 6hr class instead of 2hr, even though i had done all the coursework for the express class.
I have now booked with another company, twice out of pocket, and waiting on my refund, will never recomment this company!!

I had knee surgery 3 months ago and can not kneel without intense pain and damaging my knee. Shannon the instructor refused to listen or let me into the class because I can not kneel. All I needed was the first aid part for uni. I've already done the CPR part. She wanted me to show her a jp certified CPR certificate. NOWHERE on the website does it say anything about this. All it says is to talk to the instructor if you have any health concerns. No I am out $90 for a course that I didn't get to attend.

I needed my "Apply first Aid" renewal, I found their website with a special for the course and off I went to Elizabeth to complete this certification. Organised, well presented, lively and easy to understand. The trainer was devoted to her task and knew how to get the training across in a clear and informative/ accurate manner.
I am going again in 3 years.
