Just had a meal from them. Excellent quality, great burgers, not greasy. And very well priced. Will eat here again.

Better priced than most fish & chip places in Williamstown but still not cheap. Good food and cooked in a reasonable time. The asian family are nice & do good food but the accent and lack of English of a few (not all) staff can be an issue sometime, especilly with phone orders. They do a vegie burger but if ordering this stress it is the VEGITARIAN BURGER you are after not the meat one. Them reading it back is helpful. If they stuff it up they will fix it and make you a new one but it means you need to wait.

Worst fish and chips experience ever. So I went into buy some dinner on Friday in between there rush there were a few people who had ordered in front of me so I expected a wee bit of a wait. The person before me got there order so I thought great I'll be next... 40 minutes went buy still no order. Was asked what my order was again (not generally a good sign!) then there was some looking at the orders but my order was no where to be found! Waited another 15 mins finally got my order get home and half of what I had ordered is missing! Never ever going back! I think they need to adopt a numbering system so everybody knows what order they are much simpler and fewer mistakes would occur!

Perfectly good fish and chippery, with all the usual menu items that a fish and chips shop offers. Nothing particularly new or ground breaking about Fish Bites, but it does what it does well. The oil is clean and the batter is nice so everything tastes great. Service is fine - not overboard but not unfriendly either, and they are quick which when I'm waiting for food I value a lot.

This fish and chip shop have changed hands a few times, but certainly for the better the last time. The quality has gone up quite a bit. There is now a very pleasant Asian family and staff running this place.

They read you your order back in case they got it wrong, they tell you exactly how long it's going to take which is good to know if they are busy or you want to pop into the Safeway for a couple of things while you wait.

There's the usual range of fish and chip shop foods - the fish is juicy and the batter crunchy and the potato cakes are never soggy. Fried dim sims and corn jacks are nicely cooked.

I don't like the pieces of lemon they keep putting in the box with the fish and no matter how many times I tell them, the lemon still goes in. But overall I'm very pleased with the value and service in this shop.

Great quality fish, chips and hamburgers. All cooked fresh. Not very oily or soggy. Special packs offered at reasonable prices. Consistent cooking. Service could be better, there is never any sort of greeting, just a stare.
