And we DO NOT appreciate being threatened, blackmailed or sworn at in our store after you decided to renig on a purchase dimply through change of mind

Wow, what a BAD experience! I have a tortoise that I have had for 25 years, and the [redacted personal identifier] of Fish Haven was telling me I didn't know how to look after him, after I refused to purchase their Ph kit. She was very abusive and called me a turtle killer! My tortoise has only ever gotten sick once in the last 25 years of owning him. (He is in the care of a vet that specialises in reptiles, and I had been a vet nurse for over 15 years). I am absolutely blown away by her really aggressive, condescending & bullying behaviour. She is a know it all, that basically knows absolutely nothing! Never again will I step foot in her establishment.

terrible service, they wanted so much money for a tank, my friend bought it online instead, went back and while shopping for stuff ofr it, the owner found out they'd bought it on ebay, and proceeded to abuse her, theres no need for this in 2015... you should be more competitive, she was more then willing to come to you for advice, and buy other products from you, just got the fish tank (She put the things down she had in her hand and walked out) how dare you treat customers like this.

Worst shop I have been in. Bad advice, bad stock, they carry painted fish that are treated cruelly and will do anything to get a sale even if it's at the detriment to the fish. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Been going here for months with pretty decent service from the man and woman.
But today I went in to get my water tested and found the nitrate was 1 level to high, the guy was nice and told me to bring the filter in to check it out. When he asked the [Redacted personal identifier] to get me a rough price the [Redacted personal identifier] talked down to me like I was a complete idiot and with 100% disrespect. I don't appreciate being spoken down to when I'm giving you money every week.
Prices are way to high as well.

I used to go to Fish Haven 4 years ago and I spent quite a bit of money there, that was until [Redacted personal identifier] showed his true form, [Redacted inflammatory comments]. What really surprises me is that he is still business. I think he has [Redacted personal identifier] to thank for that, [Redacted personal identifier] needs to stay out the back and out of sight and should not interact with any customers, as those that do meet him will not be back. I continue to pass Fish Haven and have thought about going in then I come to my senses and take the drive down to Anzac highway to get some professional friendly service.

I used to love visiting this store years ago, I recently returned and found the [Redacted personal identifier] and one of his staff members to be rude and arrogant. None of the signage matched the fish, special were rubbed out, which he explained as being Xmas because wholesalers were closed, fair enough but prices didn't change when the new stock came in. I found the prices to be 25-50% higher than his competitors and when I mentioned one competitor in particular he spewed a mouthful of rubbish about them. Any questions were answered with unhelpful and rude comments. Not a chance that I will be returning to this store. Sorry guys but you need an attitude adjustment if you want to stay in business
