Great staff and service at hoppers crossing store. Polite efficient

After having a very disappointing visit at Aidacare Showroom in Brunswick East we decided to go to Fisher Lane Mobility Pty Ltd in Abbotsford and we were so glad we did. The showroom has a lot to offer but more importantly the advice, care and knowledge was invaluable. They listened to our needs and helped us come up with solutions. We cannot thank them enough and to tell them that all they can say is that's why we're here. When you go to as many places as what we have in search for a compatible wheelchair and have had to deal with a couple of shops that were arrogant to say the least and try and push you to a product that was overpriced and not appropriate to our needs and then come to Fisher Lane Mobility is beyond a breath of fresh air and we are so grateful for their help and assistance. Hire is available for most things too.

I went to Fisher Lane to purchase bathroom aids and a wheelie frame for my nanna. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment. They gave me some good recommendations and didn't try and do the hard sell. They also offer to hire it to you if you would like to trial some equipment/aids before you decide to purchase it.
