I've been having Mark service my car since he was at Shell in Eltham. When he moved to his own premises I had to go with him because no one else has service my car so thoroughly.

They call if there is anything extra that needs doing and will also let you know if something doesn't need doing! It's very rare that this happens in this industry.

The fact that they are a local family also counts a lot to me because I am always trying to support local businesses.
