Lorena is such a lovely, warm and happy person. She makes you feel welcome in her oasis and most importantly is fantastic at what she does! Her prices are great too - much cheaper than other places. Lots of parking too which is handy! Do yourself a favour and book yourself in for a facial and massage - you won't regret it! I highly recommend Lorena from Pure Pampering!

Anthony from Hughes Demolition is fantastic. He came out to our property and unlike many others, actually inspected inside the house to check for asbestos. That way we were provided with an accurate quote and had no nasty surprises at the end of the job. Out of the three quotes we got, this one was the cheapest. Anthony was happy to answer any of our questions, no matter how minor. This put our minds to ease and took the stress out of the project. The only negative thing I would have to say about this company is that the admin side of things could be improved. Other than that, would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to friends.

Lorenzo Rigoni is an excellent town planning consultant. His knowledge of council requirements and regulations is valuable. Also, he has extensive VCAT representation experience, where he argues firmly but fairly. He explains things in plain English and gets the job done in a timely manner. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lorenzo if you're looking for someone to represent you at VCAT in relation to fighting Council decisions on town planning applications.

I've been to this salon twice now. Overall, they provide a good service and have pleasant staff. They offered me a coffee while waiting for my colour to set - a nice touch. Reasonably priced compared to other salons within the area.

The gentleman that runs the store is lovely - he's very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a service where they keep your Royal Canin loyalty card on file and update it each time you purchase food. Outstanding service! Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr Sharma for the past 12 months and am more than happy to recommend him to potential patients. He takes the time to listen to your problems - you don't feel like you're being rushed so he can move onto the next patient. He explains medical terms in a language the everyday person can understand. Dr Sharma is caring and professional. He's the best doctor I have found in the area. Also, an added bonus is that he bulk bills.

Fish and chips never greasy - yet very tasty! Good value for money. I'd like to see a printable menu produced so you can order from home.

Overall, an okay service (certainly not the best I've had, but not the worst). I arrived half an hour earlly for my appointment, would have been a nice touch if the therapist offered me a tea or water. Simple decor - could be improved. Products that were used smelt on the cheap side (the spray that was used during the facial smelt like sickly green cordial). If I was in Ocean Grove again, I probably wouldn't go back to this particular beauty salon.

I can't rate the owner of the property high enough. Her attention to detail and the cleanliness of the unit were outstanding! The unit was fitted out with comfortable lounge chairs, matched with the flickering electric fireplace. Perfect! Within walking distance to the beach (no beach view) and town centre. It should be noted that the owner lives downstairs on the same property. However, in saying that we were in our own little world on the top level. Would stay here again.
