We found these guys to be cheaper than the other place downstairs by quite a margin.. Alot cheaper than places in the city and Harbor Town. If anyone know of any cheaper please let me know.
We got a pair of jeans shortened for $15. Not sure about other garments. It was quite fast, we only had to wait for an hour.

They are quite expensive but will do any job really quick. The staff are underpaid and the store is way too cramped and small. They do a good quality job though.

Not the cheapest alteration place about. I always forget where it is but it is sort of on the 1/2 level between the up and down ramps for the ground and 1st floor of the centre. It is a busy spot and the quality is fine, I have since found better closer to home.

Great service but the prices are very high. You pay for the quick service. The staff are friendly. If you need something fix in a hurry this is the place to go.

My second time to Five Star today. Highly recommend. It's a pokey little shop in between levels at Marion shopping centre so not something you'd readily notice, but service is impressive. Staff are friendly, efficient and very quick! I had my jeans altered in just over half an hour for only $15 and alterations were done well. Timing was perfect as I had a bit more shopping to do. They even had them ready before the time they gave. Thank you!

I've used this business on two occasions now. Once for hemming on my husbands work pants and once for a zipper in his work pants. The service was OK, work was quite good but the prices are a bit over the top. They are quite quick though.

There's really nothing to rave about here. The customer service is average, you can be standing out the front of their booth for 5 minutes before being served, they have limited space for change rooms so it's a bit clumsy all round. They are fine with taking up & mending clothes but for the time they take, the price is a mismatch.
