Do not use this company, they have had my coffee machine 3 times and have never repaired it at my house they have to take it to the workshop. I booked a REPAIR not a service and got charged $132 for someone to come and tell me it needed to be taken to the workshop. It would have been cheaper hiring a limousine to drop it off, absolutely appalling service.
I was charged $ 132.00 as a call out fee which did not even last 5 minutes.
