Happy that Shane fixed the leak by installing new piping but not happy he didn't get back to us to fix the waterhammer caused by trapped air in the new pipes/system. Shane claimed he didn't know how to fix it but would ring us in a week. No call so I had to google the process of correctly bleed the system to fix it myself. Not a good impression we got from a plumbing service with the years experience they claim.
