Great price for the work they did; service fee wasn't as steep as I'd thought it'd be. The technicians are extremely helpful and reliable. My computer had some issues but it was all sorted out thanks to their help.

Had a hard drive replacement, as my old one turns out to be dying. The staffs are very helpful and they gave me few options to consider. Plus, the technicians came to my house to pick up the laptop, even though I live far away from the city and there was no callout fee. The service fee is also fixed price which I find it quite relieved to know the cost upfront. Love it and definitely recommend anyone.
