I woke up on Sunday with the sorest neck and back and could barely move. One of my friends had recommended Jenny from Flex so i thought i had nothing to lose and gave jot a go. Jenny was sooo great!!! I felt a million dollars after the appointment, she was so thorough. I felt like i took 10 years off my age walking out of the clinic. Jenny was amazing and even called me a few days later to see if i was ok which was so sweet. Highly recommend Flex Sports Physio. Best money you will ever spend!!!

I had heard about Flex Sports Physiotherapy through a work colleague of mine who couldn't have recommend them highly enough. When I got to Flex, it was refreshing to see that everyone was so friendly and polite to me. The appointment went for 45 minutes, which was almost double to what my previous physio clinic was so I didn't fell rushed at all, it was great! I felt like the Physiotherapist I saw, Naomi, covered everything we needed to and that she was generally invested in me to get back to my original self in as little time as possible which I loved. I cannot speak more highly of these guys, I have definitely found my new physio clinic for good! Thanks Heaps Flex :)
