I got my unit floors done with Floors Plus. I originally was going to have them do both carpet and floating floors but their prices for floating floors was way over my budget.

I bought a good quality wool carpet for the two bedrooms, which are quite small in measure; both rooms would have been easily done with a roll-end but this was never mentioned to me in the sales process despite me mentioning that I was renovating on a budget. If only I'd known about Carpet Mart on Grange Road at the time, I never would have bought from Floors Plus.

The carpet quality was good, very highly priced for what it was (I carpeted my entire 4 bedroom house with carpet mart, with top quality wool in the living areas, at a fraction of cost when compared with what they charged for my two small unit bedrooms).

The installers were done in about 10 minutes I reckon; very quickly done with an air pocket (not sure what it's called - when the carpet is not 100% stretched tight across floor) in the main bedroom, the installer certainly wasn't worried about attention to detail or finesse.

Wouldn't recommend unless you want to shop in a fancy showroom; get yourself over to Carpet Mart for a better deal, better service albeit in a not-so-shiny showroom.
