I work with people suffering with overwhelm, burnout, stress anxiety, depression, pain, and loss. I can help you feel better, through holding a safe, non-judgmental space, seeking to really understand you, and sharing techniques tailored to you, as an individual. I came to counselling after 25 years in high pressured corporate roles, and with adult children. My life experience includes parenting, caring, and living with chronic and terminal illnesses (others), and the losses they bring. I lived a busy life, striving and pushing through, for a long time. I am passionate about helping you function more fully, and with more joy & ease.
As a counsellor who teaches mindfulness meditation and yoga, my approach is infused with genuine curiosity, kindness and compassion. This foundation has cultivated an ability to hold whatever arises in session. In this way I support you to attune to what you need, and walk with you, to find your next step forward, toward your goal, or desired life.

Before retraining as a psychotherapist, and a mindfulness meditation & yoga teacher, I worked in Corporate Finance for 25 years. Juggling work, parenting, loss & chronic illness while managing work stressors has helped me in understanding my clients.
