I’m beyond disappointed , I asked for a box of beautiful colorful flowers for a friend who is very sick... yes it was in a box, yes it was colorful, but the photo I received left me so upset, nothing like I asked for, ugly, no grace, just using up scraps of left overs... this cost me almost $200 with delivery... this from a shop I have loved and supported for over twenty years... never again !

the flowers were old, tired and sad.
when i gave them to my wife she showed me where the petals were falling off, the leaves were dead and how terrible in fact the flowers were.
they charged me a premium price and the value was dreadful.
i will never go there again.

This is the second time I’ve been disappointed with the quality of flowers delivered to my home. They continue to use Amaranth and Forest Pansy that last a day only. At least last yr when I phoned to complain I was offered a replacement bunch (which I declined), this yr all I got was poor customer service and attitude. Pity as I’ve used them 20 yr.

Had a bouquet delivered to the girlfriend at work, the flowers were amazing, my girlfriend was over the moon. The service on the phone was good but felt slightly rushed otherwise would visit once again!

We were very happy with our gorgeous wedding flowers.. stunning sunflower bouquet, and we even picked up a couple of extra bunches for the table.. Vasette's range is so large, there is so much choice and the service is impeccable. Thanks Caroline and Trevor!

This is a great florist. Although the prices can be sometimes higher than other florists, the quality of them makes up for it. They always have a huge array of flowers and the florists really are very artful with them.

Went to Vasette to choose flowers for my wedding bouquets on the day before my wedding. I have been to this florist before, they have an excellent selection of flowers that are always beautifully presented. Staff were helpful, although surprised I chose to organize my bouquets in this way (they otherwise offer a wedding flower service). After obtaining various quotes from florists for a wedding there was no way I was going to pay $150+ per bouquet. So I chose about 6-8 bunches of flowers for three bouquets on the spot in store and staff arranged them for us beautifully. All I paid then was cost of flowers (which is clearly displayed in store so cannot be marked up for "wedding") and $2 per bouquet for the ribbon and pins to keep them together. Of course this would not suit someone who has specific flowers in mind, but for me I went with what was in season and I liked at the time. Worked out swell, flowers kept well overnight and throughout wedding. My bouquet lasted another week after that at home. Staff were helpful in flower advice as to what would last out of water and suit a bouquet. Great experience!

Really, really great service for every occasion. The staff have plenty of interesting ideas for the flower arrangements. I have used their courier delivery services for a number of years to send 'thank you' flowers to colleagues and friends. But visit the shop if you can, as it is a wonderful experience.
