These guys are amazing. If you want a really good remedial massage or pregnancy massage the myos there are so good. I've had Lucy and David and they really know what they're talking about. Loads of sports stuff there too, I'm going to try out the ice baths and infrared sauna next.

David Luke is my saviour. He wasn’t convinced I had plantar fasciitis despite a professional assessment and from my first visit I saw an immediate improvement.

James and the team are excellent. They specialise in working with athletes and sports people but of course can apply their expertise to the average person in need of either TLC or a good firm massage. The team are happy to educate you about what they do and are very generous in sharing their knowledge with you. They genuinely want to help you feel better and are keen to understand your needs. I have tried both the massage and the sunlight sauna ( of which I was offered a free trial first) which I highly recommend.. They are a busy massage clinic that offers personal gym and group training too. The rooms are clean and warm, towels are soft and there is always a big jar of mints in the waiting area. Book in advance to avoid disappointment on missing out.

These guys are really good. I saw James M, and he really knows his stuff. I am into the extrem fitness side from Adventure races to Ultra Marathons, and it is rare that I'll see a physio now. Highly recomended!
